Altered Pages & Collage

When I wrote my first book, a collection of short stories in Arabic, I had a publisher but not a distributor. I did most of that myself. It's not something I thought I would have to do, but there you go. I still got lumped with dozens of copies of my book that I was unable to push into the market. In my frustration, I started to take them apart, paint, draw and collage over the pages of my book to create something new, to give another life to these books. If you can find a way to live two lives at once, why not give it a try? :-)
