This is a concept I'm developing to help free feelings of being blocked, frozen, fearful of the "white" or "blank" page or canvas. The idea here is to put on your favourite music, keep your paint tubes handy, and when you press start on your music player, you start painting. Fast. Furious. With your fingers. Without judgement. Without thinking of the results. Without any expectations. 
The results are not meant to be pretty, or arty, or creative. The result I'm looking for is the return of the free-spirit. A loosening of the art muscles. Some experimentation. Some adventure.
